Restoring Men. Rebuilding Families. Renewing Community.

Our Mission:

Dayton Recovery Project provides culturally grounded recovery support to Black men, youth, and families impacted by substance use, trauma, and incarceration. We create healing spaces rooted in dignity, connection, and long-term transformation.

Our Vision:

A world where Black men are restored to wholeness—free from addiction, stigma, and despair—and equipped with spiritual, emotional, and life tools to lead and thrive.

OUR FOCUS AREAS

Black Men
Culturally relevant, peer-led support circles designed to rebuild purpose, strengthen identity, and support long-term recovery and reintegration.

Families
Healing through connection—our programs support whole families impacted by addiction, incarceration, and generational trauma.

Youth
Mentorship-driven leadership development for boys and young men, emphasizing self-worth, behavioral health, and access to opportunity.
